Total Nutrition Technology’s research & development team provides direction with connecting you to your target audience. At an extra cost to ensure your product launch is a success, the R&D team will be able to provide key insights about how to begin formulating, sizing (capsule type,) branding, bottling, labelling) packaging and shipping your product.

For new products that require developing timelines can vary. For existing products that need to be established with TNT allow for 6-8 weeks. For established products, it is typically 3-4 weeks, but could vary depending on the agreements.

At Total Nutrition Technology, we source all materials from partners with whom we have developed strong relationships. Based on minimum purchase orders required by them, typically, will determine the minimums in which can vary; however, if you take advantage of our stock inventory, it would be based on our minimums that can also vary.

At Total Nutrition Technology, the storage of your products and raw materials are of upmost importance. All raw materials and packaging components are received and stored in our climate controlled and ambient spaces — which has been GFSI Certified by NSF — ensuring the quality of raw materials and packaging to finished products. Everything received is quarantined in a separate area and released by our Quality Control officers only after all appropriate tests have been successfully completed; and all finished products are tightly monitored throughout the release process before shipping.

We have 3 blenders at Total Nutrition Technology in which we can blend from 100 pounds to 3,000 pounds.

At Total Nutrition Technology, we currently have the capability of Super Sacks, drums, lined boxes, containers, bottles, re-sealable bags, capsules, and single serve packets. We can also discsuss bringing in the proper equipment to keep up with your quantity demand.

Our in-house lab testing capabilities include:

Lead, Cadmium, Arsenic, Mercury tests are also performed by a third party for Total Nutrition Technology.

Minimum order requirements for stocked items:

Powder 200lbs of bulk powder

Containers 500 units

Capsules 30,000

Single serve packets 10,000 minimum

Minimum quantities will be determined upon inquiry if not stocked.

 

Research and Development:

New items that require research and development will not begin until a $150 start up fee is paid and will provide 4 hours of research and development. The next 4 hours will be another $75 and so forth.

 

Payment Terms:

50% due upon placement of order

Balance due before shipping

$10 pallet fees charged will work on pallet exchange

Export documents $15/each Total Nutrition Technology will accept filled out documents for $0 fee

Freight-shipped via best freight quoted then billed to customer

Handling Fees for drop ship $15/pallet or $3.75 box negotiable if more than 1 box or pallet

 

Pricing:

To be determined on an ongoing basis, depending on product specifications and committed quantity to be purchased.

 

Other Requirements:

Customer is to provide own artwork and labels. Total Nutrition Technology will need to proof all artwork prior to printing.

Total Nutrition Technology can supply printed labels. The additional product cost will be determined by the size and quantity of the label to be used.

Before manufacturing, all formulas will be signed off by customer.

Expected production time for manufacturing is 3 - 5weeks business days from the receipt of labels and products.

 

Shipping:

Orders are shipped FOB Shipping Point by Total Nutrition Technology. Shipping fees will be added to the final invoice and provided to customer prior to shipment for payment. Customer can arrange for shipping at their expense or Total Nutrition Technology can supply shipping and invoice.

Shipping fees for samples will also be billed.
